I had lost all hope of returning the instrument to its original sound. My son decided to have the guitar restored and I ordered these strings hoping for the bright rich tone I remembered it having when I first bought it. The strings did not disappoint and I am excited to add this 30 year old instrument to my collection of playable guitars. The strings made the guitar much easier to play and I would recommend them without a second thought to any musician with a 12 string acoustic.
